Painting is supposed to be a relatively simple, satisfying process. You hire a company, they do the work, your space looks better than before. Easy.
If you've ever actually hired a painting contractor, you know it usually doesn't go that way. Projects start late, run long, finish unfinished. Quotes turn into surprises. We built Jondec to be the opposite of that experience. For almost 40 years, we've focused on building a painting company that does what it says, when it says, the way it said it would. Not because it's a great marketing story, but because we got tired of how the industry usually operates, and we wanted to do it differently.

If you're a homeowner, you'll appreciate that the people working in your house know what they're doing and won't damage your floors, your walls, or themselves.
This is why our work looks consistent across projects, even on a five-person crew. Everyone is held to the same standard, because everyone has been trained to the same standard.
You can find painters with five years of experience anywhere, but you can't find many with a track record like ours.
Our project leads use tablets on-site so they can pull up project documentation, color codes, and client specifications in real time. We follow PDCA (Painting Contractors Association) membership standards, which set the professional bar for our industry. We test new products before recommending them to clients. We invest in our team's continuing education so we're not running 1995 methods on this year’s jobs.
The point isn't that we're "high-tech." The point is that staying current makes us better at the actual job, which is the only thing that matters.
